Return & Exchange Policy

At A.K. Luxe Expressions, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Certain items, such as final sale or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Exchanges for a different size or product are subject to availability.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange and receive instructions for returning your original item.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
